Because MyPass uses zero-knowledge encryption, we do not know your Master Password. If you lose it, we cannot reset it for you.
1Free & Open Vault Usage
MyPass is provided to you to help keep your personal passwords, notes, and authenticator codes safe. You are free to store as many passwords as you need on your local device.
2Master Password & Your Responsibility
You are responsible for creating a strong Master Password and keeping it safe. You can also back up your vault or emergency recovery codes from the app settings.
3Acceptable Use
Please use MyPass responsibly. Do not use the service to distribute malware, perform cyberattacks, or attempt to disrupt our servers.
4Service Availability & Offline Access
We strive to keep MyPass synchronization online 24/7. However, because your vault items are saved locally on your device, you can view your passwords offline even if the internet connection is unavailable.
5Deleting Your Account
You can stop using MyPass and delete your account at any time from the app settings. Once deleted, your encrypted account data is permanently removed.
