Simple Privacy Policy

At MyPass, privacy is simple: Your data belongs to you. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We cannot read, share, or sell your passwords.

How Zero-Knowledge Works

What You See on Your Screen
Password: MySecret123!
What MyPass Stores (Scrambled)
Ciphertext: 7f83a19e4b2d0199...

1Zero-Knowledge Protection

Zero-knowledge means we do not have the master key to decrypt your vault. Your passwords are locked on your computer or phone using your Master Password before being stored. Even if someone asks us for your passwords, we cannot give them what we don't have.

2What We Collect & Don't Collect

Minimal Info We Collect
  • • Your account email address
  • • Scrambled encrypted vault items
  • • Basic sign-in session info
What We NEVER Collect
  • • Plaintext passwords or secret notes
  • • Master Password
  • • Browsing history or website usage

3How Encryption Works

MyPass uses standard AES-256 encryption. This is the same industry standard trusted by security professionals worldwide. Encryption happens right inside your browser window.

4Google & Two-Factor Authentication

If you sign in with Google, we only use your email address and name to log you in. We never access your Google account files or emails. If you enable 2FA, your authenticator keys are also kept encrypted.

5Full Control & Account Deletion

You own your data. You can export your passwords or delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all your stored encrypted vault items are removed from our database completely.
